Biscuit Garlic Knots
These garlic knots are small, warm, seasoned bread bites. Brushed with a buttery garlic herb mixture, for a delicious quick bread side dish or as a finger food appetizer. These savory bites are delicious and incredibly easy to make.

- 1 12 oz can Refrigerated canned buttermilk biscuit dough
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 1 pinch Salt
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Open biscuit can and cut biscuit dough into thirds.
Roll each piece of dough into a 4" rope.Tie biscuit dough in a knot and tuck the ends under and place knots on a greased baking sheet.
In a small bowl, melt the butter.
Add the garlic powder, oregano parsley and salt to the melted butter.
Bake the knots for 8–10 minutes, until golden brown.
Using a pastry brush, brush the tops of the knots with the garlic butter mixture. I like to do this twice for extra flavor.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and serve.
