Antipasto Bites

These easy Antipasto Bites are a fun and festive appetizer. Meat, cheese and veggies are served on a skewer for easy serving and enjoying, This Italian appetizer is made with just a few simple ingredients and are great for parties and happy hours.

Equipment

  • large toothpicks or appetizer skewers
  • serving dish

Ingredients

  • 17 large olives
  • ½ lb deli style hard salami
  • 12 oz marinated mozzarella balls
  • 1 pt cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • On a large toothpick or appetizer skewer, add an olive.
  • Then fold a slice of salami in half, then in half again, and add that right under the olive.
  • Add a mozzarella ball, followed by a cherry tomato.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Make Ahead for Convenience – Pre-fold salami the night before so assembly is quick on party day. Assemble a few hours before serving and store in a large bowl in the fridge.
Storing - Store leftover skewers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
