Heat oven to 350 degrees f.
Slice the croissants into thirds.
Add the eggs, cream, milk, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Lightly spray the baking dish with non stick spray.
Using tongs or a fork, dip the pieces of the croissants into the egg mixture, turning them and fully coating. Shake off any excess mixture
Place into the baking dish. Repeat for all croissant pieces.
Fold the slices of ham in half, then half again, and in half once more to create the illusion of a rose.
Slide the meat roses into the dish wherever you’d like. I like to space them out a bit.
Add the small slices of cheese between the bread
Sprinkle the edges with the shredded cheese.
Bake for 30-40 mins until the egg mixture had cooked fully and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Make the sauce by adding honey, butter and reserved herbs to a small bowl.
Microwave in 30 second intervals until butter is melted.
Brush the honey butter onto the croissants once removed from the oven
Serve and enjoy
