Queso with Chorizo
This Queso with Chorizo is a hot dip that goes perfectly with tortilla chips or crackers. Wonderful as a party appetizer for game day.

- ½ package pork chorizo sausage
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese I used whipped
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 4 oz can diced green chilis
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Remove the casing from the chorizo and brown it in a small pan. Brown for about 5–6 minutes until the chorizo is cooked.
Drain the cooked chorizo on paper towels.
Meanwhile, mix together the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add the drained chorizo.
Once the dip is mixed, pour it into an oven-safe dish.
Cook for 14–16 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
