Christmas Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Hazelnut
  • ½ cup Grapes
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate
  • 2-3 Kiwis sliced
  • 1 - 2 Oranges
  • 6 Breadsticks
  • 1 cup Crackers
  • cup Jelly candies
  • cups Marshmallow
  • ¼ Coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Start by whipping the cream to stiff peaks. Divide into 2 parts. Add ½ tablespoon to one half. melted chocolate. You will get light brown cream. Add the rest of the chocolate to the second part - you will get dark brown cream. This will be the face of a deer. Use a pastry bag.
  • Make eyes from marshmallows, pupils from drops of dark chocolate. Line your mouth with chocolate drops. And the nose is a jelly raspberry.
  • Make horns from breadsticks. Add blueberries on top, then add green gummy candies and gummy raspberries.
  • Place chopped kiwi on the side. In the corners are grapes and sliced orange.
  • Top with crackers and coke flakes. On the side are hazelnuts and more crackers.
  • Add almonds and marshmallo
