Sugar Cookie Fudge
This Sugar Cookie Fudge is creamy and delicious and tastes like a sugar cookie! This easy fudge recipe is the perfect Christmas dessert.

- 20 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup premade sugar cookie mix dry
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter cubed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons holiday sprinkles
Line an 8x8 or similar size pan with parchment or foil. Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add in the white chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Once the mixture is combined and smooth, add in the sugar cookie mix. Stir well
While still heating over low heat, add in the butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Remove from the heat and pour into the prepared pan. Spread into an even layer.
Decorate with the sprinkles before the fudge cools. Gently press to adhere the sprinkles to the fudge.
Allow to set at room temperature for about 2 hours or in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until set.
Storage: Fudge can be stored in an airtight container for one week.
If desired, fudge can be cut into larger pieces.
