- 16 ounces Nestle white chocolate chips
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- Pinch of salt optional
- Neon green gel food coloring
- Jumbo heart sprinkles
Line an 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.
Use a double boiler to melt the white chocolate.
Once melted, add in sweetened condensed milk and a generous amount of the green gel food coloring. Stir well to combine and distribute the green color evenly.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish, and tap it gently on the counter a few times to knock out any air bubbles and level off the mixture.
Allow the mixture to cool, then move to the refrigerator to chill for 4 hours.
After the fudge has set, cut into squares and press a jumbo heart sprinkle into each piece.
- Use a clean kitchen towel to tap the baking dish gently, ensuring a smooth and even fudge layer.
- For a glossy finish, melt the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and well combined.
- You can use the microwave to met the chocolate, just do it at 50% in 30 second increments so as not to overheat.
- Experiment with different shades of green gel food coloring for a custom look.
- Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for a longer shelf life.
