Grinch Fudge

This easy Grinch Fudge recipe is so much fun to make! Just a handful of ingredients to make this fun Grinch Snack - perfect for a movie night.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Nestle white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • Pinch of salt optional
  • Neon green gel food coloring
  • Jumbo heart sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line an 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.
  • Use a double boiler to melt the white chocolate.
  • Once melted, add in sweetened condensed milk and a generous amount of the green gel food coloring. Stir well to combine and distribute the green color evenly.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish, and tap it gently on the counter a few times to knock out any air bubbles and level off the mixture.
  • Allow the mixture to cool, then move to the refrigerator to chill for 4 hours.
  • After the fudge has set, cut into squares and press a jumbo heart sprinkle into each piece.

Notes

  • Use a clean kitchen towel to tap the baking dish gently, ensuring a smooth and even fudge layer.
  • For a glossy finish, melt the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and well combined.
  • You can use the microwave to met the chocolate, just do it at 50% in 30 second increments so as not to overheat.
  • Experiment with different shades of green gel food coloring for a custom look.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for a longer shelf life.
  • Serve this yummy Grinch dessert with hot chocolate and other festive treats.
