Gingerbread Milkshakes

- ½ cup gingerbread or ginger snap cookies
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 ½ cups milk
- ½ tsp. Ground ginger
- ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream for topping
- Gingerman Cookies for topping
- Optional extra cinnamon for topping
To your blender, add ginger snap cookies, and pulse to crumbs.
Add ice cream, milk, and seasonings. Blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and top with whipped cream, a gingerman cookie, and cinnamon, if desired.
- Use freshly baked gingerbread cookies for an authentic flavor.
- Adjust the milk quantity for a thicker or thinner milkshake. Use more milk for a thinner consistency and less milk for a thicker consistency.
