Gingerbread Milkshakes

These gingerbread milkshakes are creamy and delicious! Made with just a few simple ingredients swirled together into a frosty treat!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup gingerbread or ginger snap cookies
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ½ tsp. Ground ginger
  • ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Gingerman Cookies for topping
  • Optional extra cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  • To your blender, add ginger snap cookies, and pulse to crumbs.
  • Add ice cream, milk, and seasonings. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and top with whipped cream, a gingerman cookie, and cinnamon, if desired.

Notes

  • Use freshly baked gingerbread cookies for an authentic flavor.
  • Adjust the milk quantity for a thicker or thinner milkshake. Use more milk for a thinner consistency and less milk for a thicker consistency.
  • You can add a little vanilla extract for an extra layer of flavor.
  • Add in extra chunks of gingerbread cookies for texture.
