This Rumchata Hot Chocolate is made with rich, creamy chocolate and Rumchata liqueur. This creamy chocolate cocktail is delicious and the perfect for a cold day or for the holidays.
In a medium saucepan, stir together cocoa powder, sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and milk.
Heat over medium-low heat until steamy and chocolate chips have melted, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and stir in Rumchata.
Pour into coffee mug and top with miniature marshmallows and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
