Apple Cider Floats

- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- ¾ cup Apple Cider
- 3/4/ cup Ginger Ale
- Whipped cream for topping
- Caramel sauce for topping
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish optional
To your glass, add 3 scoops of ice cream.
Fill the glass halfway with apple cider and top off with ginger ale.
If desired, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Be sure to use a creamy ice cream. Soften the ice cream slightly before scooping to make it easier to work with when preparing.
- You can serve these in mason jars or float glasses.
- Freeze the glasses ahead of time so that they stay cold when serving.
- To Make Ahead, scoop the ice cream into glasses and store them in the freezer until ready to serve. Pour soda over the ice cream just before serving to maintain the fizzy texture.
