- 2 shots of express or ½ cup of strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp. Pumpkin puree
- ½ tbsp. Maple syrup
- ½ tsp. Vanilla
- ¼ tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of salt
- Ice
- Whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice for topping optional
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour in espresso.
In a large measuring cup, use a milk frother or immersion blender to blend together milk,
pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt.
Pour the mixture over the espresso.
If desired, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
