Ingredients

  • 2 shots of express or ½ cup of strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. Pumpkin puree
  • ½ tbsp. Maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice for topping optional

Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Pour in espresso.
  • In a large measuring cup, use a milk frother or immersion blender to blend together milk,
  • pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt.
  • Pour the mixture over the espresso.
  • If desired, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
