  • ¾ cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • Crumble the sugar cookie dough over a 12 inch pizza pan.
  • Press the dough into the pan and press together to make your crust, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edge of the pan.
  • Bake for 16-20 minutes, until the cookie crust is golden.
  • Allow the cookie crust to cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and sugar and mix to combine.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.
  • Decorate with your fruit, we opted to do a line of blueberries around the outside, a line of strawberries, another line of blueberries, then we made a strawberry star with blueberries in the middle.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container.
You can make other shapes using a cookie sheet (for example a flag shape or star shape).
Be sure that fresh fruit is washed and drained before adding to the pizza.
