Mango Crumble
This Delicious Mango crumble is made with ripe mangoes and baked with a buttery crumble topping, a tropical delight bursting with flavors.

- 3-4 ripe mangos
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons butter melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Lightly grease a square baking pan
Pour mango chunks in greased pan
Sprinkle lemon juice over mango
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and egg until crumbly.
Cover the mango with the crumb batter.
Pour melted butter on the crumb mixture.
Bake in the oven 35 -38 minutes until topping is light brown.
Store covered with aluminum foil, plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
This has a delicious flavor on its own, but top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for added flavor.
