Mango Crumble

This Delicious Mango crumble is made with ripe mangoes and baked with a buttery crumble topping, a tropical delight bursting with flavors.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 ripe mangos
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Lightly grease a square baking pan
  • Pour mango chunks in greased pan
  • Sprinkle lemon juice over mango
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and egg until crumbly.
  • Cover the mango with the crumb batter.
  • Pour melted butter on the crumb mixture.
  • Bake in the oven 35 -38 minutes until topping is light brown.

Notes

Store covered with aluminum foil, plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
This has a delicious flavor on its own, but top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for added flavor.
