Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • cup Fresh raspberries
  • cup Fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Place 6 cupcake liners into six different sections of a muffin pan.
  • Add the yogurt, Swerve and vanilla to a bowl, and stir to combine well.
  • Fill the cupcake liners up evenly with the yogurt mixture.
  • Press the fresh fruit into the top of each filled cup.
  • Freeze the fruit yogurt cups until firm and ready to serve.

Notes

Use foil cupcake liners for easy removal. You can also use silicone muffin liners for a mess-free way to eat these frozen. Then wash the silicone and use them again over and over.
After the frozen yogurt cups freeze thoroughly in the muffin tin, they should be moved to an airtight container where they can be kept frozen for up to three months. If you have a deep freeze, these will last even longer.
