- 2 large strawberries; sliced lengthwise
- 8 blueberries
- 8 graham crackers
- 8 large marshmallows
- 4 squares Hershey's chocolate
Place parchment paper onto a small baking sheet. Slice the strawberries lengthwise.
Place four pieces of graham cracker on to the parchment paper. Add on chocolate and marshmallows to each.
Broil on high heat for about 2 minutes or until the marshmallows are lightly browned and chocolate is melting.
Pull out of the oven and carefully top with blueberries and strawberries. Add a graham cracker to the top of each and press. Serve warm!
Move the oven rack to the highest position closest to the broiler element. My broiler works well at 500° F.
For perfectly toasted marshmallows, watch them closely! They can go from golden brown to burnt very quickly.
To prevent the chocolate from becoming too melty, you can pop the chocolate in the freezer for 15 minutes before broiling.
S'mores will be hot out of the oven, let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
