4th of July Fruit Tray

This 4th of July fruit tray looks like the American flag, and it’s a perfect way to serve fruit at a July 4th party! So easy to make with just a handful of simple ingredients and very festive. This Red, white and blue dish is great for any patriotic holiday

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. blueberries
  • 2 lb. strawberries tops removed and quartered
  • 7.5 oz. white chocolate covered pretzels
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  • To a tray or board, add a square of blueberries for the square of the flag.
  • Add a red stripe of strawberries across the top.
  • Next, add the pretzels to make a white stripe. These to rows should bring you to the bottom of the blueberry square.
  • Across the whole board, add another red stripe of strawberries.
  • Then, add a white stripe of marshmallows.
  • Add a final red stripe of strawberries to the bottom.
  • Serve & enjoy!

Notes

  • Use fresh, ripe berries for the best flavor and presentation.
  • If serving outdoors on a hot summer day, keep the fruit tray chilled until ready to serve.
  • Consider using star-shaped cookie cutters to create decorative shapes from watermelon slices or angel food cake to add extra flair to your tray.
