Easy Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

Simple breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, bacon and english muffins.

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 4 English muffins
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded or sliced
  • 8 bacon slices


  1. Fry bacon in a frying pan over medium heat and drain on paper towels
  2. or cook bacon in the microwave.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry egg over medium heat until egg white is white, burst egg yolk and cook another minute or so until set.
  5. While egg is frying, toast english muffins.
  6. Place toasted muffin half on a plate and layer egg, cheese and cooked bacon slices
  7. Top with second half of muffin.
