I’ve been using this recipe since I found it on Pinterest more than 2 years ago! A little more salt and pepper and it’s the perfect egg salad for my family! Egg salad is the first thing they ask for anytime I have some extra eggs in the house!

I was born in the 80s and grew up on this. My mom would add in finely chopped celery and onion too! Adds a nice crunch! We even had an egg chopping tool since we had this so often.

We really enjoyed this. It is very close to the recipe my grandma always made.

Made this last night and everybody loved it. Been looking for a while for a good egg salad recipe and this is it, might use a few vegetables for a bit of crunch next time but this is absolutely what I was looking for. I’d make it again.

About 1/3 cup of prepared egg salad. Larger eggs may yield a little more.
