Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

A tangy Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made in minutes with a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup vegetable or canola oil
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients together in a mason jar or plastic container with a lid.
  • Mix together and refrigerate at least one hour.
  • Great on salad or cooked, cooled pasta.  Enjoy!
