Ingredients

all-purpose flour

sugar

baking powder

egg
lightly beaten

milk

butter/margarine
softened

grated lemon peel
2

blueberries
Topping
⅓

sugar
¼
cup
brown sugar
½
teaspoon
ground cinnamon

tablespoons
butter
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees f.
Grease a cake or square baking pan.
In a bowl mix flour and baking powder. Set aside
In a large bowl, add egg and sugar.
Add milk and lemon juice.
Add the blueberries and stir gently.
Pour the coffee cake batter into cake pan.
Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix topping ingredient until crumbly.
Grease cake pan with butter or cooking spray.
Spread streusel mixture on top of the batter from edge to edge of pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
