Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas
Those are days when a tasty meal like slow cooker chicken fajitas comes in handy! Throw this together in minutes and enjoy a delicious meal.
- ½ red bell pepper sliced
- ½ yellow or Orange bell pepper sliced
- ½ green bell pepper sliced
- ½ red or yellow onion sliced
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in half
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- FOR SERVING
- flour tortilla
- shredded cheese optional
- sour cream optional
- guacamole optional
- Juice of 1 lime
- 10 oz canned diced tomatoes with green chiles drained
Slice chicken breasts in half If really thick.
Add a layer of peppers and onions to the bottom of the crock pot.
Place chicken on top
Add taco seasonings, chicken broth, garlic and any of the additional options.
Cool on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours
