- 3 cups blueberries
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Lightly grease a square baking pan
Pour blueberries in greased pan
Sprinkle lemon juice over berries
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and egg until crumbly.
Cover the blueberries with the crumb batter.
Pour melted butter on the crumb mixture.
Bake in the oven 35 -38 minutes until topping is light brown and blueberries are bubbling.
You can make the topping mixture ahead of time and keep it in a baggie or sealed container until ready to make.
Wash the blueberries ahead of time so they are ready when you are.
Top with ice cream or whipped cream.
