Buffalo Sauce Recipe

- 1 cup hot sauce
- ½ cup unsalted butter, (1 stick), melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional, add more if you like it hot
- 1 pinch black pepper
Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl and let cool to room temperature.
Or, melt butter on the stove top over medium heat and let cool to room temperature
Add hot sauce, melted butter and seasonings to a medium bowl.
Whisk together until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
