Baked Chicken Tenders
These easy Baked Chicken Tenders are delicious as both an appetizer or as a light dinner or lunch. Chicken breaded in a light crispy layer and baked easily in the oven.

- 2 eggs
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup Panko crumbs
- t teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2-3 chicken breasts or 1 ½ lbs of chicken tenders.
In a small bowl beat two eggs. Preheat oven to 450°.
In a second bowl, add the remaining ingredients except for the chicken.
Cut chicken breasts into smaller pieces, about 1" by 2"
Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture.
Roll into the breadcrumb mixture, turning to coat.
Bake on a cookie sheet for 7 minutes.
Turn tenders and bake another 7 minutes or until juices run clear.
Serve with mustard sauce or ranch dressing.
