- 2 flour tortillas large or burrito size
- ½ cup cooked chicken
- 1 4 oz can of chopped green chilis
- ⅔ cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded.
- salsa or hot sauce optional
Place tortilla on a saute or skillet pan over medium heat.
Add chicken, cheese and 1 teaspoon of green chiles over tortilla
Top with a second tortilla and cook until the bottom of tortilla is golden brown.
Flip tortilla and cook until remaining side is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Move to a cutting board and cut into wedges for serving.
Serve with salsa, avocado, and sour cream if you wish.
