Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
