- 4 cups dry rigatoni pasta
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 10 strips bacon cooked and drained
- ½ cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ½ cup pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Chop cooked bacon into bits.
2. Wash spinach and cut off stems. Drain on paper towels.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add spinach and cook for about 1 minute.
4. Add pasta to skillet. Top with parmesan cheese, oregano, pepper and bacon.
5. Mix together until blended and serve immediately.
