Ingredients

  • ¾ cups soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 2 ½ Pound baby back ribs
  • Cup honey or maple syrup
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Directions:

    1. In a bowl mix the soy sauce with the rice vinegar, sesame oil, vegetable oil, garlic, onion, and ginger.
  • 2. Pour the marinade ingredients over the baby back ribs and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight.
  • 3. Preheat the oven to 320 degrees. Transfer the ribs to a baking dish, saving the marinade for later. Take the ribs to the oven and bake for 3 hours or until the ribs are done.
  • 4. While the ribs are baking pour the marinade in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the honey and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook until it has thickened and reduced, around 10 minutes.
  • 5. Brush the glaze over the ribs and return to the oven. Bake for 10 more minutes.
  • 6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
