Cheesy Corn Dip
A delicious cheese corn dip that is flavorful and refreshing. SO tasty too!

- 2 cans corn drained
- ¼ red onion chopped
- ½ can green chilies
- 1 jalapeno seeds and skin removed and chopped
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup Mayonaisse
- ½ bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 cup cheese shredded
- 1 small bunch of cilantro leaves chopped
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Stir well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips or baguette slices
- This cheesy dip can be served at room temperature or itcan be served as a hot jalapeno corn dip if you wish. Just place in a microwave safe container and heat on medium power for 1-2 minutes, then stir. Continue heating in 1-minute intervals, stirring between each, until the dip is heated through.
- You can also throw ingredients in a cast iron skillet and bake covered at 350° for 15 - 20 minutes.
- You can use more or less jalapenos depending on your taste. This recipe as is as mildly hot.
- Store leftvoers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
