Spicy Chicken Wraps

These delicious spicy chicken wraps are perfect for a summer dinner or year-round lunch idea. Easy to make and healthy too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 2 8 " or 10" tortillas
  • 1 to mato
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 slices purple onion
  • 1 to mato washed and diced
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon chopped jalapenos if desired.

Instructions

  • 1. In a saucepan, mix the cooked chicken with 1 tablespoon taco seasoning coating all chicken.
  • 2.On a plate or board, lay the tortilla open.
  • 3. Add cooked chicken to the tortilla.
  • 4. Add tomatoes, lettuce, onion, avocado and optional jalapenos.
  • 5. Fold over bottom of the wrap and then fold sides over.
  • 6. Serve with salsa or hot sauce.
