Triple Berry Smoothie

A wonderful Berry smoothie recipe made with three types of berries.

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup water


  1. Wash all fruit.

  2. Remove stems from strawberries.

  3. Add ice, water and fruit into a blender.

  4. Blend on smoothie setting or high setting until smooth.
