- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons Nutella spread
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon toffee chips
Mix together the first six ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour into two microwave-safe mugs.
Cook on high two minutes in the microwave or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Top with whipped cream or Nutella spread.
