- 2 lbs ground beef
- ½ cup onions, chopped
- 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350•
Grease a loaf pan with butter or oil or non-stick spray.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a fork or with clean hands.
Bake in oven 45-55 minutes or until temperature reaches 155-160 degrees.
Let cool a few minutes prior to serving.
