- 1 pie crust
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- ½ dup gouda cheese
- ½ cup tomatoes, diced
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ cup mushrooms, sliced
- ½ teaspoon salt
If pie crust is frozen, thaw out.
