Ingredients

cups
fresh
or frozen mango
2 6
oz
containers low-fat yogurt
vanilla or plain
¼
cup
granola
non-fat whipped topping
optional
Instructions
Peel mango and dice into small, bite-sized pieces.
Place 2 tablespoons mango pieces in each cup or parfait glass.
add ½ container of low-fat yogurt to each serving.
Top with 2 additional tablespoons mango pieces.
Place a dollop of non-fat topping on mango.
Sprinkle granola on each and serve.
Notes
Store leftover yogurt and fruit in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It is recommended to store granola seperately.
