Pumpkin Pecan Cookies

- 1 cup butter softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon allspice
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- ¾ cup chopped pecans
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
In a bowl, mix together butter, sugars, and egg over medium speed with a mixer.
Add dry ingredients and spices to butter mixture until blended.
Add pumpkin and pecans and blend.
Drop by cookie dough by heaping teaspoons onto lined baking sheet and bake 12-14 minutes until lightly browned.
Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool.
