- ⅓ cup onions chopped
- ½ bell pepper coarsely chopped
- ⅔ cup carrots
- 1 to mato sliced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 can 7 oz. mild green chilis
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
In a crockpot or slow cooker, place onions, bell peppers, carrots,tomatoes and garlic.
