Salted Peanut Clusters Recipe

This Salted Peanut Clusters Recipe makes delicious candies with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons shortening
  • 2 cups salted peanuts

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening for 1 minute at 50% power.
  • After one minute, try stirring the chocolate.
  • If it is not fully melted, try and additional 30 seconds at 50%. Repeat if necessary
  • Once fully melted, mix together chips and add peanuts.
  • Drop by tablespoonful onto cupcake liners or waxed paper.
  • Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Notes

Let the candies cool in the refrigerator at least an hour for best results. 
You can also use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to chill.
