Easy Strawberry Muffins Recipe
Delicious Strawberry muffins made with fresh strawberries.
- 2 cups baking mix
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup milk 2% ok
- 3/4 cup fresh strawberries washed
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare muffin tin with paper baking cups or grease a muffin tin.
Remove stems from strawberries and cut into into small bite sized pieces (4-6 pieces per strawberry). Set aside.
In a bowl, mix together baking mix, sugar, egg and milk, batter will be a bit lumpy.
Gently fold in strawberries.
Pour batter in baking cups.
Bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool 4-5 minutes.
