Ground Beef Stroganoff Recipe

- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 can beef broth 14.5 oz
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ cups uncooked egg noodles
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- 2 green onions chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
Brown ground beef and onions in skillet over medium heat.
Once beef is brown, drain grease.
Add to skillet broth, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Heat over medium heat about 10 minutes until mixture starts to boil.
Add uncooked noodles to pan
Cover and heat on low 20 minutes.
Check noodles for doneness and when done,add sour cream.
If sauce is watery, you can add a little flour mixed with water. (In a separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon water to ¾ cup water and heat in saucepan. Add a tablespoon of mixture to pan)
Top with green onions
