- 1 cup cooked ham chopped into small pieces
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup fresh Spinach leaves
- 8 oz. uncooked pasta
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon butter softened.
- pinch black pepper and salt
Bring a pot of water to boil over medium-high heat.
While water is warming, chop spinach and ham into bite-sited pieces.
Add pasta to pot and cook per package directions.
Drain pasta when al dente.
Heat ham in a skillet over medium heat with garlic.
Once ham is warmed up, add chopped spinach leaves.
Cook until wilted (this will be about a minute, max.)
Remove from heat and combine ham and spinach with drained pasta.
Add Parmesan cheese and butter and toss gently.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
You can change up the type of pasta used. Just follow package directions for boiling.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
