- 1 can crescent dough sheet
- 3 oz package of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Preheat oven to 350°.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Slice dough at ½" intervals and place dough circles on parchment paper.
With a spoon or your thumb, make an indentation in the middle of each circle.
In a small bowl mix together cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar.
Fill each dough center with 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture.
Bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
Ice when slightly cool.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Make sure you don't overfill the pastries and use a fork to crimp the edges tightly.
