Updated Three Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas
  • 1 15 oz can kidney beans
  • 1 15 oz can Northern beans
  • 1/4 cup red diced red onions
  • 1/2 green or yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 3/4 cup dressing

Instructions

  • Rinse and drain the three types of beans
  • Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
