  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Meanwhile, in a bowl or jar, whisk or shake together the ingredients for the dressing.
  • Serve the salads with the dressing.

Notes

  • Toast Walnuts: Toasting the walnuts enhances their flavor and adds a delightful crunch to the salad.
  • Fresh Ingredients: Opt for fresh, high-quality ingredients to elevate the overall taste of the salad.
  • Serve Immediately: To enjoy optimal freshness and texture, serve the salad immediately after tossing with the dressing.
  • Large Batch: To make a bigger batch of this fresh salad rather than a side salad, you can toss everything together in a large mixing bowl and serve it family style.
  • Store leftover dressing in an airtight container.
