- Mint Simple Syrup:
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- 1 teaspoon Peppermint extract
- 2 oz bittersweet chocolate squares chopped
- 2 cups Coffee
- 1 cup Milk
Mix everything for the mint simple syrup, cook until thick, then refrigerate. Store in a container until ready to use.
In a saucepan, add chocolate, coffee and milk
Add 1 teaspoon of simple syrup. Add more to taste.
Pour in mugs.
Garnish with whipped cream or as desired.
