Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mango nectar or mango juice
  • ½ cup white grape juice
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup dragonfruit; frozen
  • 1 teaspoon green coffee bean extract optional for caffeine
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Place ice in glass and set aside.
  • In a shaker, add in two tablespoons mango nectar, one half cup white grape juice, coconut milk, water, and half the dragonfruit.
  • Add the one teaspoon green coffee bean extract if you want caffeine. Shake well.
  • Pour into the glass with ice and top with the remaining dragonfruit.

Notes

  • To make it even creamier, add sweet cream or cold foam on top. You could even mix in some additional creamy coconut milk.
  • For best results, if you can't find frozen dragonfruit, you can use freeze-dried dragonfruit pieces or dragonfruit powder instead.
  • You can also substitute the white grape juice concentrate with apple juice or the mango nectar with mango puree.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
