These egg salad tea sandwiches are easy to make and delicious! Made with a few simple ingredients and perfect for an afternoon tea or picnic.

Ingredients

hard-boiled eggs
peeled
½
cup
mayonnaise

teaspoon
mustard

salt

pepper

Instructions
Rinse peeled eggs and pat dry.
Chop eggs and place in a medium bowl.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper, and blend.
Spread on 4 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices.
Cut into triangles.
Notes
You can cut crusts off of bread for a classic egg salad tea sandwich.
Store covered in refrigerator 2-3 days.
