Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Simple mint chocolate chip cookies recipe made with green mint candies. Perfect mint cookie for an easy St. Patrick's dessert or treat!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 ¼ cups flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chip candies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter, eggs, and sugars.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and combine them into the butter mixture. Add chocolate candies last. Roll into 1 ½" balls onto greased cookie sheet. Press a couple of chips on top of each cookie for decorative purposes. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool a few minutes before removing from the baking sheet.
