Simple Apple Muffins

These Simple Apple Muffins are so easy to make and are filled with apple spice flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baking mix such as Bisquick or Jiffy
  • ¾ cup applesauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, mix egg and sugars together to combine.
  • Add baking mix, applesauce, oil, cinnamon, and milk until blended.
  • Put into a greased muffin tin or muffin tin lined with baking cups.  Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • They are so light and fluffy. This recipe makes about 14-16 standard muffins.
