Ingredients
1
chicken breast
½ pound

oz
spaghetti noodles
½
white onion
diced
½
pound
asparagus
2
garlic cloves
minced
¼
c
soy sauce
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
tablespoon
honey
2
tablespoon
hoisin sauce
3
cups
chicken broth
green onions
chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Chop the chicken breast into small cubes.
Add the chicken, pasta, onion, asparagus, minced garlic, onion powder, honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and chicken broth to a large pan.
Stir and cover.
Cook on medium high heat until the liquid comes to a boil.
Stir and reduce heat to low/medium and allow to simmer until the liquid is mostly evaporated.
This will take about 12-15 minutes.
Remove from heat, add in any vegetables like pepper slices, cabbage or broccoli slaw.
Stir.
Garnish with green onions if desired.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Allow leftovers to cool then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days
